Visa

Indonesia recently changed her visa requirements. Tourist visas are now issued for a standard one month. As the Cert TESOL is a one month course it is now necessary for participants to apply for a 60 day tourist visa at the Indonesian Embassy in your country. This 60 day visa can only be issued in your own country and NOT on arrival. Accommodation

IALF can assist you in finding accommodation in Denpasar or in residential areas near the city. Prices range from about US$50 per month for a small room (no hot water) near the institute to about US$100 per month at a beach resort about 20-30 minutes by taxi from the centre.

Health

No vaccinations are required to enter Indonesia, and Bali is regarded as malaria-free. You are advised to have your own medical insurance as IALF will not be responsible for any claims.
